Larry Park – CPGA Teaching Professional

Born in Seoul Korea, Larry has seven years of professional golf instruction experience. Larry started playing golf in 2000 after coming to Canada at the age of 30. Even after starting late at the game of golf, Larry fell in love with it very fast. Larry has a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master’s Degree in mechanical engineering in Korea. It helps him to think in the kinematic view of the golf swing.

Larry has always excelled in different sports he has played, including baseball, soccer and basketball. He was a baseball team member in high school and university. This is why Larry has learned to play and coach golf very quickly.

Larry is a very friendly and approachable person; he is one of those people who will go out of his way for you. He has devoted all of the past five years of his golf career coaching all ages and levels of golfers at Seymour Creek Golf Centre. Larry also plays on the Vancouver Golf Tour.

After joining as a Canadian PGA member in 2007, he has become one of the most popular and busy Korean golf instructors in Vancouver! He is the only Korean CPGA golf professional on the North Shore.
